“Flannel” is an active local touring Tribute Band, featuring some of the most popular Grunge acts of all time. NIRVANA, ALICE IN CHAINS, SOUNDGARDEN, PEARL JAM and STONE TEMPLE PILOTS are just a few of the ground breaking performers in “Flannel’s” repertoire. Formed in 2008, this power quartet has the chemistry, stage presence, and sound to match the Seattle movement. “Flannel” has over 50 songs in their catalogue, and growing. “Flannel” is available for Corporate Events, Private Parties, Night Clubs, and is now offering unplugged acoustic shows, considered a classic amongst rock critics, and Grunge fans alike.

During the 2008-2010 schedules, “Flannel” shows could be seen in cities including: St. Louis, St. Charles, St. Peters, O’Fallon, Wentzville, Maryland Heights, Spanish Lake, and Imperial Missouri. “Flannel” has also performed in Illinois, making them a truly regional band.

Despite the loss of great front men like: Layne Staley of Alice in Chains, and Kurt Cobain of Nirvana, Grunge music has a relevant place in today’s pop culture and media. Video games such as Baseball 2K7, and Guitar Hero II, as well as TV shows like ABC’s “Lost” and CBS’s “Cold Case” have featured the high energy music of these Bands. Grunge has also influenced the fashion industry with branding of the signature “Kurt Cobain” Converse Shoes.

“Flannel” has performed hundreds of events including concerts and benefits sponsored by Budweiser, Bud Light, 105.7 The Point “Cornbread”, KSHE 95’s “Katy Kruze” and other local businesses. “Flannel” has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with professional well known Tribute Band Musicians like “Tony Ingracia”, “Mark Crowell” and “Farrell Weber”, featured in: “Houses of the Holy” – Led Zeppelin, “7 Bridges Road” – Eagles, “Stone in Love” – Journey, “Mean Street” – Van Halen; “Every Picture Tells a Story” – Rod Stewart, as well as many others.
